Description
Come and join us for a Winter Solstice family celebration! We will have just had the longest night of the year – a time to make the most of daylight hours, gather for winter crafts and stories, play and have fun. This session is suitable for families with children aged 3-12 and will include games, a seasonal story and activities suitable for the ages of those attending. Only children aged 3-12 need to book a space – siblings under 3/over 12 and adults can come along for free.
We gather at our meeting place at the Quarry (lower / fairy trail) car park shortly before 10.00 a.m. and walk to our site together. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Our session includes a drink and snack.
In case of adverse weather (high winds, extremely heavy rainfall with risk of flooding, temperatures below -5C), the session will be cancelled and refunded.
